Job Overview:We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Tech Support Agents to join our Tech Support team. The role involves providing front-line technical support to our customers, handling and resolving basic technical issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical issues through phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Shipper's logistics systems.
Provide step-by-step technical assistance to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.- Familiar with ticketing systems such as Freshdesk or similar platforms for logging and managing support tickets.
Log all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the support ticketing system.
- Maintain our SLA (Service Level Agreement) by ensuring timely resolution of issues and prompt communication with customers.
Maintain knowledge of current systems and services to provide accurate solutions to customers.- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Freshdesk is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
Familiarity with logistics systems is a plus.
