Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct IT operation monitoring within the customer
  • Provide 1st level support for external customer
  • Perform network troubleshooting at the customer
  • Conduct IT Operation & Security monitoring within the customer

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Having experience 3 years as Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
  • Have a skill of Network, telephone, ACS, CCTV and Cabling
  • Placement at South Jakarta
