Mission:
Provide technical support related to the manufacturing (Upstream=supply mills and Downstream = PTCT operations) of the inquiries through the TCS (Technical Customer Support) position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement the prescribed Safety, Health and Environment (K3L) Regulations.
- Support the achievement of Quality Objective Department.
Activities:
- Respond to inquiry when inquiry is outside of product delegation and formulate clarifications when required.
- Maintain product delegation list.
- Propose alternatives when QCL cannot be answered technically.
- Support the issuance of quality documents when needed: (MIP / QP / QHSE / support letters / etc.) Raw material procurement.
- Assist in the material selection from stock to optimize choices.
- Assist in the translation of FP (Finished Products) QCL into IQCL.
- Check response from supplier for nonconformance versus IQCL and answer question when needed Order management.
- Validate technically the order entry and material PO.
- Prepare PR Description and qty for PO to Mill process.
- Review PTCT Quality Plan.
- Review Mill(s) Quality Plan.
- Review Customer PO and Green Pipe PO.
Education, Language, and Experience
- Uni Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Familiar with Drawing and able to understand Customer Specification.
- Possesses a hands-on approach towards work, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as a team player in a global setup.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook.
- Familiar with API standard is an advantage.
