MISSION:The Technical Support Engineer/Developer is responsible for ensuring that all requests and problems of partners are considered and resolved within the framework of Service Level Agreements (SLA);
The area of responsibility is to fulfil technical support for partner users (located in Indonesia) in accordance with the regulations established by the company:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical support of company partners:
- Delivering 1st, 2nd and if needed 3rd line support to partners in different regions worldwide (in Indonesian and English).
- Participation in incident resolution. Interaction with the 1Ci and 1C development teams.
- Monitoring the service KPIs
- Training of partners on the use of the company&aposs products (1C:Enterprise and 1C:Drive) within the technical onboarding program and not only;
- Knowledge base support for the 1Ci developer and consultant community, forum support;
- Publishing new product releases (distribution packages) and updating demo stands with new versions;
- Development of new certification exam tasks for partners;
- Service support for local editions (Indonesian)
- Participation in presales and post sales activities (project implementation control for partners).
YOURPROFILE
- Bachelor&apossDegree(Industrial/ComputerEngineeringorsimilar)
- Knowledge of the processes of the ERP automation (trade, production, finance).
- Understanding of the product implementation cycle, project roles, fundamentals of methodologies for the development and implementation of accounting systems
- High level of emotional intelligence, readiness for a large number of communications.
