Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Support Engineer located in Balikpapan. The Technical Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical sales support, assisting with technical sales activities, and offering technical support to customers. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing technical issues, supporting sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
