Technical Services Manager

Requirements :

- Graduated from Machine Engineering, Nautical Engineerimh or having ATT

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine construction, serving in Maintenance or Technical Service roles within a construction company.

- Proven experience in supervising or managing a team to achieve performance targets and operational goals.

- Strong ability to analyze technical data, make informed decisions based on that data, and identify solutions to technical issues that may arise during marine construction activities.

- Willing to be placed in Semarang, Central Java and high frequency business trip

Responsibilities :

-Develop Technical Service strategies to ensure that the team's performance meets company quality standards and aligns with business needs.

-Monitor and evaluate maintenance costs to ensure they are managed as efficiently and effectively as possible.

-Monitor and assess the usage of spare parts and material supplies to ensure support operations run efficiently and effectively.

-Improve work quality and achieve performance targets through regular inspections of each maintenance or technical service unit.

-Implement controls over the use of resources within the maintenance department to ensure optimal system performance.

-Ensure the Fuel Management System is executed effectively and efficiently so that consumption calculations do not negatively impact the company and daily operations continue smoothly.

-Ensure that maintenance processes for production machinery are carried out in accordance with established company SOPs (updated SOPs will follow).

-Take responsibility for the equipment readiness of each maintenance unit under your supervision.
