Graduated from Naval Architecture or Mechanical Engineering or having ATT
510 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Technical Coordinator, or Port Engineer
Familiar with the implementation of ISM Code and experienced in developing and implementing SOPs in accordance with ISO and ISM Code standards
Strong ability to process, interpret, and analyze field data (physical availability, daily engine reports, consumables, etc.) comprehensively to provide strategic recommendations to the company
Proven ability to prepare budgets and monitor budget realization effectively
Willing to be placed in Semarang with high frequency business trip
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Maintenance Manager and oversee Technical Department activities.
Ensure fleet readiness for project requirements, particularly from a technical perspective.
Control and ensure the effective implementation of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) for vessels and heavy equipment.
Prepare and manage the technical budget.
Review and approve Service Requests and Purchase Requests submitted by Project Engineers and Mechanics.
Review and maintain monthly PMS feedback documentation from vessels.
Review daily progress reports and monthly reports prior to submission to Head Office.
Implement Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards within the work area.
Review Job Safety Analysis (JSA) prepared by Supervisors, Mechanics, Electricians, and Welders.
