Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business with detergent manufacturers and chemical distributors in Indonesia;
- Promote company products (enzymes, surfactants, specialty chemicals, etc.) and provide technical solutions to customers;
- Identify new opportunities and expand customer base within the detergent industry;
- Achieve sales targets and report market trends to the management team;
- Work closely with technical and marketing teams to support customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the detergent industry: Worked in major detergent manufacturers, or Worked in chemical raw material supplier companies for detergents (surfactants, additives, enzymes, etc.);
- Willing to travel extensively to customer sites and capable of working independently with minimal supervision;
- Strong knowledge of detergent formulations and raw materials;
- Proven track record in sales or technical support;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin skills will be an advantage.
