The position is for GCP Indonesia. We are looking for Technical Sales Engineer for placement:

To ensure the achievement of the yearly target in concrete, both RMX and Precast segments, by coordinating with the Sales Manager of Concrete. Build a customer plan visit and build a relationship with RMX and Precast customers through day-to-day visit activity. Build customer and project database. Provide weekly and monthly reports on daily visits of opportunity and issues in the market
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop a business strategy for the Concrete segment to meet and exceed the business plan sales targets
- Collaborate with other sales team to deliver sales plan
- Manage and allocate the daily agenda in order to maximise the effectiveness of our customer relationships.
- Monitor individual budgets and targets for business plan objectives
- Monitor receivable collection within the area
- Update and collect the market price structure in RMX and the Precast market
- Submit weekly and monthly rolling forecast
- Develop customers database and project tracking for project reference
- Identified the risk and opportunity in all sales activities and updated or reported to Sales Manager
- Identified and reported the activities of competitors, customers (direct and indirect) and clients
- Involved in new product development through the company innovation process and launch new products, as required inthe sales strategy, into the market segments
- Prepare personal development
- Coordinate and liaise with the specification engineer in doing spec selling in the market area responsibility
- To liaise with sales team, customer service and other department to control and monitor incoming PO due to stock availability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/ Civil Engineering
- The job holder requires good interpersonal skills as well as some knowledge in contracting work.
- Previous experience in the concrete / Ready mix sales in building materials
- Minimum one year of experience in sales or technical support
- Experience as QC/lab team in RMX or Precast
- Proficient in English
