Job Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Technical positions, Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and related roles;
  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and networking events.
  • Coordinates to user regarding job requirements and recruitment updates;
  • Manage recruitment report;
  • Arranging and scheduling interviews and other recruitment activities;
  • Follow up candidates;
  • Using data and analysis to measure the success of hiring efforts and find areas that need improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor graduate from Psychology, Management, Business, or a related fields;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter;
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals, etc.);
  • Having excellent communication skills and organizational skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Strong in planning skills;
  • Excellent in administrative skill;
  • Knowledge of technical and industry trends.
