Job Description

Manage full-cycle recruitment for Technical positions, Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and related roles;
Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and networking events.
Coordinates to user regarding job requirements and recruitment updates;
Manage recruitment report;
Arranging and scheduling interviews and other recruitment activities;
Follow up candidates;
Using data and analysis to measure the success of hiring efforts and find areas that need improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor graduate from Psychology, Management, Business, or a related fields;
Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter;
Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals, etc.);
Having excellent communication skills and organizational skills;
Proficient in MS Office;
Strong in planning skills;
Excellent in administrative skill;
Knowledge of technical and industry trends.
