Our company is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team do Chatbot & Machine Learning Product Development.

The PM is a unique hybrid role for someone who thrives in both technical leadership and project management. If you love building smart systems and orchestrating complex tech projects from start to finish, this role is for you

Responsibilities :

• Plan, lead, and execute chatbot, NLP, data dashboard, and machine learning projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, timeline, resources, and budget using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Lead a cross-functional engineering and data team while maintaining high code and delivery standards.
• Serve as the communication bridge between internal teams, clients, and external vendors; produce clear MoMs and project updates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to technical proposal development and support pre-sales discussions when needed.
• Actively propose and implement improvements to internal and external workflows.
• Handle project closure activities, including documentation, evaluation, and billing processes

Qualifications :  

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1 years in a leadership or project management role.
• Prior experience as a developer, senior developer, or business analyst is a strong plus.
• Familiar with chatbot architecture (Dialogflow, Dify.ai, OpenAI, etc.), ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data engineering concepts.
• Skilled in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Trello) and driving effective team communication.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), both in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time and resource management abilities.
• Strong leadership to guide and motivate teams toward successful project delivery.
