Technical Program Manager

Overview

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager who can drive delivery excellence in our platform ecosystem.

You'll manage end-to-end ensuring runs smoothly, dependencies are clear, and goals are delivered with measurable impact. We're expanding our TPM team to strengthen delivery across our modular squads.

Core Responsibilities

1. Act as a Delivery Manager, ensuring goals, quality, and timelines are met for your assigned squads.

2. Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain a consistent delivery rhythm

3. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and fellow TPMs to prioritize work and clear blockers

4. Manage and track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) across squads, ensuring visibility and escalation when needed

5. Ensure processes align with PMO standards and delivery playbooks, keeping clarity and accountability high

6. Drive continuous improvement within squads making better than the last

Requirements

1. 35 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, or Technical Program Manager in a startup or tech-driven environment

2. Experience leading cross-functional or multi-squad teams with complex dependencies

3. Strong understanding of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban) and the software delivery lifecycle

4. Familiarity with delivery governance and documentation practices to ensure alignment across squads

5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

6. Adaptability and curiosity to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
