Job Description

High Five is hiring on behalf of our client, a company that is reshaping how employers support their workforce across Southeast Asia. Their platform offers Earned Wage Access and a growing Casual Worker Management tool that streamlines hiring, tracking, and payments for hourly workers.

They are on a mission to improve financial wellbeing and create fairer access to income especially for underserved blue-collar communities.We're looking for a Technical Product Manager based in Indonesia to lead the development and growth of our Casual Worker Management tool.

You'll be responsible for driving the product from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and clients across the region. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in startup environments, has a deep understanding of product management in tech, and is comfortable managing technical teams and complex roadmaps end-to-end.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, roadmap planning, delivery, and iteration
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather insights and translate needs into product requirements
  • Design user flows and wireframes in collaboration with design and UX teams
  • Manage and run sprints with the engineering team using agile methodologies
  • Work closely with tech leads to make architecture decisions, manage technical scope, and ensure timely delivery
  • Create clear documentation for stakeholders and internal teams
  • Prioritise features based on impact, feasibility, and user value
  • Ensure product alignment with business goals and user needs

What We're Looking For

  • 58 years of experience in product management, ideally in fast-paced startup environments
  • Proven experience managing technical teams and leading cross-functional projects independently
  • Strong understanding of agile/scrum methodologies
  • Hands-on experience working with user research, wireframes, product specs, and sprint management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Figma)
  • Familiarity with HR tech platforms and/or Fintech is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-starter attitude with a bias toward action and ownership

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with products targeting B40 or informal worker segments in Southeast Asia
  • Background in software engineering or technical degree
  • Exposure to Indonesian labour laws or payroll processes
