Job Description



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical presales, solution consulting, or technical leadership, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or coordination capacity.
  • Experience building or managing presales functions and working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • Exposure to external vendor coordination or product assessment activities is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the presales lifecycle: from technical requirement gathering and solution design to proposal development and documentation.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms to manage presales activities, track opportunity status, and coordinate engineering task allocation.
  • Capability to define and standardize technical documentation, including solution decks, HLD/LLD, PoC plans, BOM outlines, and RFP technical responses.
  • Ability to coordinate across technical domains (IoT, AI/ML, Security, Network Infra, Telco) and guide engineers toward cohesive solution alignment.
  • Experience in managing technology partnerships, including vendor communication, documentation intake, and solution readiness tracking.
  • Proven ability to assess and document new third-party products for internal alignment, integration feasibility, and technical fit within the organization's portfolio.
  • Excellent team leadership and technical mentoring capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills for engaging across Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.

  • Lead the Presales Engineering team by overseeing project assignments, review processes, and domain coverage alignment.
  • Build and maintain a standardized presales process, including CRM usage, SOPs, document templates, and engagement workflows.
  • Review and validate technical solution proposals to ensure they meet internal standards, align with client needs, and are ready for delivery handover.
  • Collaborate with Product Architects and Delivery teams to ensure feasibility and completeness of proposed solutions.
  • Serve as a point of coordination for technology partners, ensuring that product information, integration documentation, and technical references are up-to-date and properly assessed.
  • Conduct and oversee product assessments, documenting solution readiness, integration viability, and alignment with existing platforms.
  • Facilitate internal knowledge sharing, manage playbooks, and lead technical deep-dives or retrospectives with the Presales team.
  • Track and monitor presales opportunity workload and performance KPIs using CRM dashboards and operational reports.
  • Support the onboarding and upskilling of Presales Engineers, ensuring team readiness and continuous development.
