Job Description:
- Lead the design and development of backend systems using Java Spring Boot.
- Architect and guide monolith-to-microservices transformations.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce high-quality coding standards.
- Collaborate with DevOps to drive automation and CI/CD processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Design) to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
- Contribute to capacity planning and infrastructure procurement coordination.
- Explore new technologies and share insights with the team.
- Provide input and, where applicable, leadership in mobile development projects, especially if using React Native, Flutter, or native stacks.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- 3+ years of technical leadership, project delivery, and team management.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot.
- Experience with microservices architecture and migration.
- Familiar with DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and CI/CD tools.
- Strategic thinking with awareness of infrastructure cost planning.
- Self-driven but collaborative; able to work without micromanagement.
- Strong communication skills, especially in cross-team and cross-functional collaboration.
- Enthusiastic about exploring new technologies and tools
Nice to Have:
- Experience with mobile development, including:
- React Native
- Flutter
- Java Mobile / Android (Kotlin)
- Objective-C / iOS Native
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, ReactJS)
