Technical Director

Responsibilities:

1.Engage with customers as the Data Center Technical Director, providing technical

expertise and guidance.

2.Lead the design delivery team, responsible for detailed design, particularly in electrical or

HVAC systems. Tasks include but are not limited to load calculations, technical route

selection, system design, budget proposals, and master scheduling.

3.Work with a professional team to present solutions to internal and external senior

stakeholders.

4.Guide subcontractors in producing shop drawings and ensure design quality.

5.Identify and manage technical risks, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor&aposs degree or higher in Building Service, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical

Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related discipline.

2.6+ years of experience in data center integration or turnkey solutions. Familiar with the

data center bidding process, related standards, design principles, project management,

and Integration System Test/TCCF.

3.Experience in consulting, designing, or managing large-scale data centers (over 500

racks) is highly valued.

4.Strong communication, presentation, listening, and negotiation skills.

5.Good teamwork, high adversity quotient, and adaptability to challenges and pressures.

6.Open-minded with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in multicultural

organizations.

7.Willing to travel globally, especially within the Asia-Pacific region.
