Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders including product owners, architects, engineering teams, and business leaders.
Define delivery plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress using Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
Ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations where applicable.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.
Provide regular status updates and executive reporting.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
5+ years of experience in technical project or program management in insurance industry.
Proven track record of delivering complex software projects
Strong understanding project management process
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
