Responsibilities:
- Preparing required information for technical meeting/alignment
- Creating technical sheet based on specification aligned in technical meeting
- Keying in the specification into the ERP system to create Master Specification
- Updating the development progress and schedule
- Provide assistance to the Technical Supervisor during trial run
- Keeping the artwork and specification filing well organized
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree of any major, preferably industrial or business
- Fresh graduates with maximum 2 years of full time or internship experience.
- Able to communicate actively in English, written and verbal.
- Not color blind.
- Able to operate MS Office, especially MS Excel, Word, and PPT. Experience in using ERP system such as SAP is a plus.
- Collaborative and working with speak-up culture in mind.
- Detailed and organized to handle and document multiple data sources.
