Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1).
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in technical areas such as Cloud Computing, On-Premise Infrastructure, Data Centers, and Networks.
- Certification in Cloud Computing is an additional value.
Scope of Work:
- Execute project management (Timeline, Cost, & Deliverables) for the project needs at the Strategic Customer.
- Maintain relationships with the Strategic Customer related to project and operation needs.
- Control the budget for resources used by the Strategic Customer for both project and operation.
- Lead the Technical Team in delivering project needs to the Strategic Customer.
- Be responsible for operations at the Strategic Customer.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders at the Strategic Customer and internally.
- Lead meetings for project and operation needs at the Strategic Customer.
- Maintain the scope in accordance with the contracts at the Strategic Customer.
- Prepare project documentation for project needs at the Strategic Customer.
- Prepare operation documentation for the Strategic Customer.
