Job Description

Responsibilities :

  1. Do end-to-end recruitment for all level.
  2. Create strategy for effective hiring process.
  3. Supervise recruitment administration and database.
  4. Analyze recruitment process and do action for improvement.
  5. Communicate with users for Manpower Planning.

Requirements :

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree any major.
  2. At least 4 years experience in Recruitment in Tech industries
  3. Experienced handle recruitment for IT/E-commerce/SAP position
  4. Have knowledge about HR Metrics.
  5. Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  6. Independent and Communicative.
  7. Able to operate Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Canva, Trello, etc.
  8. Excellence in English (both written and speaking).
