Position Introductory
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes and executing recruitment activities across several diverse business arms internationally. The role requires creative thinking, good knowledge of international labor legislation, resourcefulness, and hands-on approach
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition process
- Review, propose, enhance, and execute recruitment policies, work processes, workflow, hiring plans, induction programs, etc.
- Tap market intelligence, local knowledge, and techniques and tools that make the screening and hiring process robust.
- Attract diverse and qualified talent prospects from across the region for current and future needs.
- Participate and contribute to employment branding initiatives.
- Ensure offer of salaries and benefits comply with pay equity internally and externally.
- Review, update, and maintain job descriptions database.
- Serve as the point of contact for all hiring status internationally.
- Take charge of pre-onboarding administrative and preparation works, including induction programs for new joiners.
- Design and execute periodic/monthly reports for management, as necessary or when requested, to track hiring goals and accomplishments.
- Facilitating recruitment meetings with overseas TA personnel, ensuring hiring status is up to date.
- Provide support to overseas counterparts on recruiting needs.
- Any other ad-hoc activities or projects assigned by the Senior HR Director/Manager, TA.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in HR Management, Human Capital Development, Business Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity with exposure to international hiring and its related matters.
- Prior experience from a related industry (such as Manufacturing or FMCG), agency/ head-hunter background will be advantageous.
- Willing to be placed in our Tangerang (Green Lake) office and work full-time from the office (WFO)

- Effectively bilingual for effective correspondence with English-speaking internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, possess strategic thinking, ability to make effective decisions, coordinates effectively with stakeholders (local & overseas).
- Able to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks accurately.
- Outgoing and possess a Can Do attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify bottlenecks in the recruiting and onboarding process.
