TECH RECRUITER
We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions. The technical recruiter&aposs responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for IT / Tech Positions for our clients.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms.
- Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
- Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
- Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in human resources management, or similar.
- Min. 1-2 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist especially from IT Consulting, or tech industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
- Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
- Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
