Responsibilities

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, User Interview Scheduling, Background Checking, and Offering Process.

Sourcing and hunting talents using Linkedin and other channels.

Build trust and good relationships with talents that will benefit both parties in the long run.

Coordinate with Sales & Account Manager Team and HR to ensure the recruitment process goes smoothly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with 1 year of experience in the field (internship experience will be considered).

Having experience working in IT Consulting or Headhunting industry.

Hands-on experience with various selection processes (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, User Interview Scheduling, Background Checking, and Offering Process).

Good communication in English.

Good interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work onsite or full WFO in South Jakarta

Willing to learn new things and passionate with recruitment
