Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Headhunting

  • Source and attract candidates for various IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, Infra, Cloud, etc.).
  • Conduct active headhunting and approach passive candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of IT talents for ongoing and upcoming client needs.

Screening & Candidate Management

  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates skills, experience, and motivation.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams or client-side assessors.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Client & Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand specific client requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Provide regular updates on candidates, progress, and potential bottlenecks.
  • Support Recruitment Lead in mass hiring or urgent roles when needed.

Reporting & Tracking

  • Update daily recruitment activities using internal tracking tools or ATS.
  • Report key metrics such as number of sourced candidates, shortlist rate, and interview progress.

Requirements

  • 23 years of experience in Tech Recruitment.
  • Experience in IT Outsourcing / IT Staffing is highly preferred.
  • Strong hands-on sourcing and headhunting background.
  • Familiarity with IT roles and technology stacks.
  • Comfortable working onsite (WFO).
  • Able to commit to a 4-month project-based contract.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and able to handle fast-paced hiring demands.
