We are looking for a Tech Product Owner who will own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from defining product vision, identifying user problems, prioritizing features, and working closely with engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Job Description
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy for FOOM digital platforms.
- Identify key user problems and business opportunities through data and research.
- Translate business goals into clear product initiatives and roadmap.
- Ensure product strategy aligns with company growth and digital transformation plans.
Product Roadmap & Execution
- Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog prioritization.
- Break down product initiatives into clear user stories and product requirements.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver features through Agile development cycles.
- Ensure product delivery is aligned with timelines, quality standards, and business priorities.
User Experience & Customer-Centric Development
- Develop deep understanding of user behavior, needs, and pain points.
- Collaborate with design teams to build intuitive and scalable product experiences.
- Continuously improve product experience through user feedback and data insights.
- Drive improvements in customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
Data-Driven Product Development
- Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) such as active users, conversion rates, and feature adoption.
- Use product analytics to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Conduct experiments and A/B testing to validate product hypotheses.
- Turn insights into actionable product improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the central point of coordination between engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams.
- Align product initiatives with business stakeholders and leadership priorities.
- Ensure smooth collaboration across teams to deliver impactful product outcomes.
Platform & Ecosystem Development
- Oversee the development of FOOM's digital ecosystem platforms, including: FOOM Now (consumer platform), FOOM website ecosystem, Store Connect (partner management platform), Internal digital tools and integrations.
- Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems, payment gateways, and external APIs.
General Qualification
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital Product Development.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development and software lifecycle.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering and design.
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable product solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in tech companies, e-commerce platforms, or digital startups.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo).
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Metabase, etc.).
- Understanding of API integrations and system architecture.
- Experience building B2B or marketplace platforms.
