This role is expected to turn one strong idea into many consistent formats and repeated market touchpoints—so Sagara stays present in the minds of buyers across Asia, especially in Japan and the GCC.
Role Purpose
The Tech Content Manager is responsible for making Sagara memorable.
This role does not exist to produce content for its own sake. It exists to make sure Sagara is repeatedly seen, clearly associated with tech outsourcing, and consistently remembered as a trusted partner from Indonesia.
The goal is not random posting.
The goal is disciplined repetition, stronger recall, and lasting market memory.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate Sagara's content repetition and distribution system so the brand is consistently remembered in the market.
- Turn one core idea into multiple content formats, including:
- LinkedIn posts
- carousels
- articles
- short videos
- one-pagers
- founder quotes
- case snippets
- FAQs
- objection-handling content
- Produce repeatable content around Sagara, tech outsourcing, AI-native delivery, Japan/GCC trust, and Indonesia's digital delivery strength.
- Distribute content with discipline so Sagara continues to appear across multiple market touchpoints.
- Build and reinforce the core brand association: Sagara = Tech Outsourcing
- Ensure Sagara's voice, message, and visual consistency remain strong across LinkedIn, website, decks, proposals, and supporting content assets.
- Use Buffer as the main engine for scheduling, distribution, repetition, and content consistency.
- Work closely with brand, PR, growth, sales, and leadership teams to make sure content supports trust, demand, and long-term recall.
- Continuously review which formats, messages, and distribution patterns create stronger memory in the market.
- Make sure Sagara keeps showing up in the right places until the brand becomes familiar, credible, and easy to remember.
Requirements
- Strong ability to create and repurpose B2B content for technology services or outsourcing.
- Strong writing and content structuring skills in English.
- Strong understanding of how brand memory is built through repetition, consistency, and multi-format distribution.
- Must be highly proficient in Buffer and willing to become deeply expert in using it as Sagara's main content scheduling and distribution system.
- Strong ability to turn one strategic idea into many useful content outputs without losing consistency.
- Proven experience in content marketing, content strategy, brand communications, social media content, or similar roles. Fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience are welcome.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content, short-form content, article writing, simple video planning, and repurposing workflows.
- Strong understanding of how content supports brand recall, trust, and market presence.
- Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, PR, and leadership teams.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple content streams and publishing rhythms at once.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science.
- Willing to work full on-site in Jakarta.
