Expected Outcome

Build Sagara's client placement and account coordination system into a structured, repeatable, and highly reliable engine that ensures the right talent is placed into the right client environment with clear delivery visibility, stable communication, and stronger client confidence.

This role is expected to help position Sagara as a professional, modern, and trusted tech outsourcing vendor from Indonesia by making client placement feel clear, calm, and execution-ready.

Role Purpose

The Tech Account Manager is responsible for making sure placement is right and delivery feels safe.

This role does not exist to push talent into accounts as quickly as possible. It exists to ensure that each client gets the right talent fit, sees clear progress, and feels confident that Sagara is organized, responsive, and in control.

The goal is not staffing alone.

The goal is correct placement, clear visibility, and stronger delivery trust.

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve Sagara's client placement and account coordination system to ensure strong alignment between client needs and deployed talent.
  • Use Jira as a core delivery visibility system to help clients and internal teams track progress, timelines, task ownership, and delivery status clearly.
  • Use Notion to maintain client context, project summaries, account notes, reporting structures, and communication clarity.
  • Ensure clients do not only receive staffing support, but also clear delivery visibility, structured updates, and stronger confidence in execution.
  • Coordinate with recruiter, engineering, and leadership teams to place the right talent into the right account with the right expectations.
  • Build and maintain a professional client-facing rhythm through structured updates, progress visibility, and issue clarity.
  • Ensure clients feel safe through fast deployment readiness, clear reporting, and organized communication.
  • Monitor account health, delivery status, client expectations, and potential risks that may affect trust or account stability.
  • Support escalation handling, issue coordination, and account communication so clients experience Sagara as calm, responsive, and well-managed.
  • Continuously improve how accounts are mapped, updated, documented, and expanded across Sagara's client base.
  • Help create a placement and account system that makes Sagara appear more professional, neat, modern, and dependable in the market.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to manage client accounts, project coordination, or delivery-facing relationships in technology services, outsourcing, or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of how to translate client needs into clear talent placement and delivery coordination.
  • Must be highly proficient in Jira and willing to become deeply expert in using it as Sagara's primary delivery visibility and coordination platform.
  • Familiarity with Notion for account notes, project summaries, documentation, and client-facing clarity.
  • Strong understanding of how clients evaluate outsourcing vendors through speed, clarity, organization, reporting, and consistency.
  • Strong communication skills in English, especially in client-facing coordination and structured updates.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple accounts, moving parts, and delivery expectations at once.
  • Proven experience in account management, client service, delivery coordination, project coordination, or similar roles. Fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience are welcome.
  • Strong judgment in managing priorities, identifying issues early, and maintaining calm, professional communication.
  • Strong collaboration skills across recruiter, engineering, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to keep account data, progress, and communication structured and reusable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Human Resources, Finance or a related field.
  • Willing to work full on-site in Jakarta.
