Job Description:
- Lead Telesales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Analyze work results and encourage productivity improvements in line with project targets.
- Work with QA and Trainers to identify areas for development.
- Build a positive, results-oriented work environment.
Kualifikasi:
- Strong communication both in English and Bahasa (written and spoken)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor in Customer Service or Telesales (preferably in the Finance/Fintech industry).
- Possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Accustomed to working with targets and high work pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting.
- Willing to work onsite in Solo as soon as possible.
