We are running a large-scale AI voice data collection project in Indonesia. The project involves recording Indonesian speakers reading scripted sentences across different regional dialects and accents. The data is used to train AI speech recognition systems.
We are looking for sharp, detail-oriented individuals to join as QC Leads, people who will not only review recordings for quality but also train new workers and help grow the team.
What You Will Do
- Listen to and review voice recordings submitted by workers, and approve or reject them based on defined quality standards
- Give clear, specific written feedback to workers on rejected recordings
- Train newly onboarded workers on recording standards, platform usage, and quality expectations
- Assist in recruiting and screening new workers from the local university and surrounding areas
- Coordinate daily with the on-site manager to report progress and flag issues
- Help manage scheduling and task flow for your assigned group of workers
Who This Is For
This role is a strong fit if you have experience in any of the following:
- Call center quality assurance or team supervision
- Audio transcription, subtitling, or voice-over work
- Data annotation or AI training data projects (Remotask, Scale AI, Toloka, etc.)
- Teaching, tutoring, or any role where you trained or guided others
- HR coordination or campus recruitment
Fresh graduates from Linguistics, English Literature, Communication, Broadcasting, or Information Technology are strongly encouraged to apply. No prior QC experience is required, we will train you.
