Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site English Teacher position based in Makassar. The English Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons based on the Cambridge international curriculum, creating lesson plans, assessing student performance, and fostering a supportive learning environment. The role also requires engaging students actively in English language learning to enhance their grammar, speaking, listening, and overall communication skills. Collaboration with other instructors and participation in professional development activities will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching and a strong understanding of the English subject matter
- Experience in Lesson Planning and ability to develop structured and effective learning materials
- Background in Education and Teaching with the ability to manage classrooms and foster learning
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and engage with students positively
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
- Teaching certification (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA) is preferred
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their language mastery goals
