Tax Supervisor

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Taxation.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in taxation and 2 years of experience as a tax supervisor, involving tax preparation or advisory roles in a company or professional firm and supporting tax disputes with tax authorities.
• Experience in a retail company, multi-company setup, or shared service centre is advantageous.
• Holding a Brevet A B certificate from the Indonesian Tax Consultant Association or a similar institution and having knowledge of Local Tax is preferred.
• Good knowledge of operating MS Office, especially Excel, is a must,
• Able to operate tax apps like Coretax, Web DJP, Web E-faktur, and E-Form.
• Have detail knowledge about Withholding tax (such as : Wht 21, 23, 25, 26, and 4(2) and VAT calculation and reporting.

Job Description :

• Prepare and ensure monthly and annual tax filing to Tax Authorities are correct and within due dates (direct and indirect tax).
• Supervise the preparation of all tax filings for the unit (Corporate tax, VAT, Withholding tax, etc.)
• Ensure all business transactions are compliance with withholding tax (including double taxation with other countries) and VAT (including update all new tax regulations).
• Support to maintain all data requirement by Tax Auditor, use proper tools and tracker to make sure all requirement is provided.
• Able to conduct tax account reconciliations and ensure that the tax balances are well supported with working papers.
• Liaison with External Parties: Managing communication/representation with tax authorities, external advisers, external auditors and tax/business organizations.
