Tax Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead/supervise the preparation of monthly tax reconciliations (VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 26, PPh 4(2))
• Responsible for reviewing and calculating the tax consequences of all payment requests
• Reconcile VAT invoices to transactions recorded in systems
• Monitoring company tax reports (VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 26, PPh 4(2), and PPh Badan) before submitted
• Handle all tax inquiries from tax audits/objections/appeals with external tax consultants and tax authorities (including SP2DK and other tax disputes)
• Monitor changes in tax regulations, assess the impact on the business, communicate the changes to the relevant departments

Qualifications:

• S1 of taxation or accounting background
• At least 5 years of experience in Tax
• Has Brevet A & B certificate
• Proficient in Indonesian tax reporting systems (DJP online & Coretax)
• Experienced in handling SP2DK or tax audit is highly preferred
• Has taxation knowledge in trading industry and export-import transactions is a plus
• Familiar with ERP systems e.g. Netsuite, SAP, etc.
• Attention to detail and good communication skill
• Detail-oriented, able to meet deadline and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Fluent in English
• Can join immediately
