Responsibilities:
- Tax Reporting & Reconciliation Responsible for preparing monthly and yearly tax estimates and tax reports, as well as preparing all tax forms to ensure timely submission of any tax return / report. Gather all information and data in time. Self-review to minimize errors. Preparing Tax Reconciliation for all type of taxes (WHT 21 (Employee Tax), WHT 22, WHT 23/26, WHT 4(2), VAT, PIB & PEB).
- Tax Documentation Prepare all documents requested by Tax Authorities for Tax Audit, Tax Objection, and Tax Appeal Make proper filing for all the tax documents prepared both from Internally and Tax Office side.
- Tax Improvement Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices, to prevent problem from re-occurring.
- Close communication with Related departments (People Dept, FIN, ACCT, IPS, IT, LOG, etc.) to ensure the tax treatment or payment are made correctly based on Tax Rule and the required tax documents to support the payment based on tax rule are available.
- Works across Divisions, Functions and include Dealers to create solutions that are synergistic
- Tax Audits and Transfer Pricing Documentation Support Tax Section Manager and Department Manager for any Tax Audit risks in connection with best practices, and for Transfer Pricing Documentations preparation conducted to achieve best results of corporate achievement.
- Tax Project Analyses facts and applies for tax and accounting principles and precedents to cases, re-determines liability and issues written rulings Applying for Tax exemption with best analytical and coordination with FP&A Team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
- Minimum 35 years of experience in tax reporting, reconciliation, and compliance within a multinational company, Big 4 firm, or similar industry.
- Exposure to transfer pricing documentation preparation and compliance.
- Prior experience in implementing or improving tax processes is highly desirable.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
