Main Responsibilities :
Tax Compliance
- Tax Audits: Coordinate with tax authorities during audits, provide necessary documentation, and resolve audit issues.
- Internal Reporting: Prepare regular tax reports for management, analyzing the company's tax position and providing recommendations.
Tax Planning
- Tax Optimization: Implement strategies to minimize the company's tax burden legally, utilizing available tax incentives and exemptions.
- Cross-Border Taxation: Manage tax implications of cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance with both Indonesian and international tax laws.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Finance Department: Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate tax data.
- Legal Department: Work with the legal department to address tax-related legal issues.
- Business Units: Support business units with tax-related advice to ensure compliance in business operations.
Strategic Support
- Strategic Planning: Participate in the company's strategic planning, providing tax-related insights and recommendations.
- Investment Decisions: Offer tax analysis for investment decisions, assessing the tax implications of various options.
Other work assigned by supervisor.
- Excellent knowledge of the Indonesian tax system and extensive hands-on experience in tax planning, transfer pricing, tax audits, etc.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or above in tax related.
- Have background in manufacturing & Big 4 Accounting
- More than 8 years tax field experience as tax consultant or related accountant role.
- Good language skill in English, both speaking and writing.
- Experience in Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing issue.
- Have experience with Effective Tax Planning Strategies in the Manufacturing Industry.
- Experience in landing Investment Allowance.
- Willing to be work in Cikande - Kab Serang area (On-site work)
