About the Role

We're expanding our payroll outsourcing practice and looking for a seasonedTax Consultantto lead multi-client payroll tax compliance, elevate our SOPs, and mentor junior staff. You'll be the go-to for PPh 21/26, BPJS, and DJP Online filings across a portfolio of clients.

What You'll Do

  • Own monthlyPPh 21/26calculations andSPT Masa PPh 21e-filing for multiple clients.
  • Prepare and issueForm 1721-A1/A2, including year-end reconciliation.
  • Calculate and filePPh 21(gross/net/gross-up), prepareSPT Masa PPh 21via DJP Online, and issueForm 1721-A1/A2.
  • Handleyear-end reconciliationand annualization; support expatriate payroll/tax (PPh 26where applicable).
  • Maintain compliance with the latestDJPregulations; handle tax correspondences and support audits when needed.
  • Review HRIS/payroll data (gross-up/net schemes, expat PPh 26) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Standardize and improveSOPs, checklists, and quality controls; drive automation using Excel/Google Sheets and payroll tools.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, deliver reports on time, and meet SLAs.
  • Coach and review the work of junior analysts.

Must-Haves (as requested)

  • Minimum 5 years experiencein tax/payroll consulting or corporate tax with strong PPh 21 focus.
  • Bachelor's in Accountingfrom a reputable university.
  • Tax Certification(e.g.,Brevet A & B; Brevet C is a plus).
  • Strong command ofPPh 21/26,BPJS,DJP Online/e-Filing, and advanced Excel.
  • Fluency inBahasa Indonesia; working proficiency inEnglish.

Nice to Have

  • Background inoutsourcing/BPOor a tax advisory firm (Big 4/second-tier).
  • Familiarity withPPNandPPh 23/4(2).
  • Hands-on with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., Talenta, Gadjian, or similar).

Tanggung Jawab

  • MenerbitkanFormulir 1721-A1/A2dan melakukan rekonsiliasi akhir tahun.
  • Menghitung dan melaporkanPPh 21(gross/net/gross-up),e-filing SPT Masa PPh 21via DJP Online, dan menerbitkanFormulir 1721-A1/A2.
  • Menanganirekonsiliasi akhir tahun/annualisasi; mendukung payroll/tax ekspatriat (PPh 26bila relevan).
  • Memantau kepatuhan terhadap regulasiDJPterbaru; menangani korespondensi pajak dan mendukung audit bila diperlukan.
  • Review data HRIS/payroll (gross-up/net, karyawan asing PPh 26) dan memastikan akurasi.
  • Menyusun dan menyelaraskanSOPserta kontrol kualitas; mendorong otomatisasi (Excel/Google Sheets & tools payroll).
  • Menyusun laporan tepat waktu, berkomunikasi efektif dengan klien, dan memenuhi SLA.
  • Membimbing dan mereview pekerjaan staf/junior.

Kualifikasi Wajib (sesuai permintaan)

  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahundi perpajakan/payroll dengan fokusPPh 21.
  • S1 Akuntansidari universitas bereputasi.
  • Sertifikasi Pajak(mis.Brevet A & B; Brevet C menjadi nilai tambah).
  • PenguasaanPPh 21/26,BPJS,DJP Online/e-Filing, sertaExceltingkat lanjut.
  • FasihBahasa Indonesia; mampu berkomunikasi dalamBahasa Inggris.
