Tax Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee tax compliance, including timely reporting and accurate documentation.
2. Monitor changes in tax regulations and ensure alignment with company tax strategies.
3. Design tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize efficiency.
4. Maintain well-organized and accurate tax records for audit purposes.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact with tax authorities and represent the company during audits.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to align tax strategies with overall business objectives.
7. Provide training and guidance on tax matters to the finance team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally with long-term tenure (5+ years) at one company.
3. Proven track record in managing tax compliance and implementing effective tax strategies.
4. Experience handling tax audits and communicating with tax authorities.
5. Strong understanding of tax court processes and complex tax issue resolution.
6. Able to speak Mandarin
