Job Description

As a Tax Accounting, you will play an important role in ensuring the company's tax compliance and supporting accurate financial reporting. This position is responsible for managing tax calculations, reporting obligations, and tax administration while ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations and supporting the company's financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, calculate, and report corporate tax obligations accurately and in accordance with prevailing tax regulations.
• Ensure tax documentation and supporting records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
• Perform tax reconciliations with accounting records and financial statements.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and ensure company compliance with applicable laws.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding tax-related matters, including tax audits or inquiries when required.
• Provide recommendations and support on tax-related matters to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of tax reports and other documentation required by management or regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Tax or Tax Accounting.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and tax reporting processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries will be an advantage.
