TALLYMAN - RPU MEGALUH

Job Summary**

Responsible for accurately tallying and recording feed production and raw material usage at the RPU Megaluh facility, ensuring efficient inventory management and data integrity.

Job Responsibilities**

• Perform accurate counting and recording of incoming and outgoing raw materials (e.g., corn, soy meal, additives) at the RPU Megaluh.
• Record finished feed production quantities and types.
• Verify quantities against delivery notes, production orders, and other relevant documentation.
• Identify and report discrepancies or damaged goods immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, both manually and using designated software/systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly tally reports as required.
• Assist in physical stock counts and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies within the work area.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  
  

Job Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a tallyman, inventory clerk, or in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or agricultural environment.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately count and record data.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management principles.
• Proficient in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and move materials as required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, as needed.
