TALLYMAN - RPU MEGALUH

Job Summary**

The Tallyman at RPU Megaluh is responsible for accurately recording and documenting all incoming and outgoing poultry products and materials, ensuring precise inventory control and data integrity within the processing unit.

Job Responsibilities**

• Accurately record the quantity and type of live birds received, including details such as supplier, truck number, and time of arrival.
• Document the weight of live birds upon arrival and after processing, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Monitor and record the flow of processed poultry products, including cuts, by-products, and waste, at various stages of production.
• Conduct regular physical counts of inventory (live birds, processed products, packaging materials) and reconcile with recorded data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory levels, production output, and discrepancies.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or anomalies in product counts or weights to supervisory staff.
• Operate and maintain tallying equipment, scales, and other related tools accurately.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with production, logistics, and quality control teams.
  
  

Job Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing, logistics, or food processing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data recording.
• Basic mathematical skills for counting, weighing, and calculating.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to operate tallying equipment and scales.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights if required.
• Willingness to work in shifts and according to production schedules, including weekends and holidays.
