Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Talent Solutions team within the Business Unit. The role is responsible for designing and implementing effective learning and assessment programs that address client needs in talent development.
You will oversee strategic learning initiatives and data-driven assessments that support talent-related decisions, improve employee performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This position requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to deliver innovative talent solutions that add measurable value.
Job Description
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality assessment and learning programs
- Create impactful tools and materials for delivery (e.g., presentations, workbooks, online courses).
- Leading and mentoring internal teams to enhance performance and engagement
- Encouraging cross-functional collaboration to optimize business outcomes
- Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored consulting services.
- Develop and deliver learning and assessment programs to equip sales teams with the knowledge and skills to effectively sell products and services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and address client challenges.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to learning and assessment program effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in learning and consulting programs.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Leadership Studies, or a closely related field
- 1-2 years experience in the same positions and at least 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably with some exposure to talent management or organizational development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Dedicated to delivering high-quality outcomes, aligned with organizational values and objectives.
- Have technical skills including : Instructional Design, Training Delivery & Facilitation, Consulting & Diagnostic Analysis, Project Management, Learning Evaluation & Impact Measurement, Content Development & Curation, Business Acumen & Digital Learning Tools & Platforms
- Have in-depth knowledge of assessment and training delivery methods (in-person, blended, digital).
- Preference will be given to those who have certification in the talent field (psychometrics, HR analytics, or learning development certified) and also experience in supporting HR projects, such as assessment, training programs, or performance management systems.
