About The Role
Responsible for developing and managing talents internally, especially future leaders, to support AIA&aposs business needs.
- Identify and develop talents of employees based upon current and future business objectives, design and implement programmes that supply AIA with trained executives in accordance with AIA&aposs plans and strategies
- Consult with management regarding the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of management training programmes
- Coordinate programmes in management appraisal, counselling, promotion and placement
- Identify required skills within AIA and develop programmes to ensure such skills remain within AIA
