Job Description

  • Design and implement an end-to-end Talent Management framework covering talent identification, assessment, development, succession planning, and retention.
  • Translate business strategy and workforce needs into clear talent priorities, competency models, and career pathways.
  • Develop and continuously improve Talent Management systems, tools, and processes (e.g. talent review, HiPo identification, succession planning, IDP tracking)
  • nsure alignment and integration between Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Workforce Planning.
  • Analyze talent data (potential, performance, readiness, bench strength) to generate actionable insights for leadership.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to address critical talent gaps and future capability needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's degree is a strong advantage).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Management, Organization Development, or Strategic HR roles.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing Talent Management systems or frameworks at organizational or enterprise level.
  • Strong expertise in talent assessment, potential identification, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skillscomfortable engaging senior leaders.
