Role Description

  • Conduct competency-based assessments
  • Interpret psychometric tools & psychological test results
  • Lead talent mapping & succession planning process
  • Develop competency framework & assessment matrix
  • Provide talent development recommendations to Business Leaders
  • Partner closely with HRBP in workforce & leadership planning

Qualifications

  • Degree in Psychology, Professional Psychologist Certification
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Talent Management / Assessment
  • Strong in psychological assessment & report writing
  • Experienced in talent review & potential mapping
  • Strong analytical thinking & stakeholder management skills
