Talent Development Designer Internship (6 Months)

Responsibilities:

• Produce educational videos through shooting and editing (cutting clips, adding transitions, text, and background music)
• Develop visual assets such as graphics, illustrations, or infographics to support learning materials and keep them engaging
• Assist in creating interactive media, including presentation slides, interactive posters, or assets for e-learning modules
• Manage and organize the visual asset library (icons, photos, footage) to ensure easy team access
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to define the visual style and overall look and feel of training programs

Requirements:

• Undergraduate students from Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Design, or related fields
• Must provide a portfolio showcasing creative talent and diverse design projects (video & graphic design)
• Owned personal laptop
• Proficient in design and editing software (at least one of: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut Pro, Canva, or Figma)
• Skilled in operating generative AI tools to produce image and video assets for high-quality learning materials
• Strong design sense with the ability to transform complex text into simple, engaging visuals
• Keen eye for typography, color harmony, and layout consistency
• Able to work independently to meet deadlines while maintaining clear communication within a team
• Willing to work from office (Monday Friday)
• Placement: Jakarta Selatan, Pancoran (WFO)
