The ideal candidate will work closely with HR leaders to design and implement talent development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Job Description

  • Support the design and implementation of talent development strategies and programs.
  • Assist in the identification of training needs for various teams across the organization.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content and materials.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
  • Support the talent management process, including succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Participate in the organization of employee engagement activities relevant to talent development.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of talent development principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze learning needs and develop training plans accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using various training tools and technology.
  • Proficient in English
  • 5+ years of experience as a corporate trainer
  • Familiar with knowledge regarding HR Management
  • Has a BNSP Certificate regarding training
