Role Overview

We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who are ready to make their mark in the world of fashion. As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a key part in helping us elevate everyday fashion

What You'll Do:

• Design & Execute employee development programs (onboarding, soft skills, product knowledge, etc).
• Coordinate training activities and document learning implementation.
• Manage end-to-end recruitmentand selection (sourcing to onboarding).
• Assist the performance management cycle
• Handle employer branding initiatives (culture, employee experience, and people-related campaigns) with Internal Team (HR & Creative)

We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• 23 years of experience in HR, especially in Talent Development, Learning, or People & Culture (experienced in Talent Acquisition would be a plus.)
• Hands-on experience in training coordination or development programs.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with data
