Manage and analyze talent data, including performance ratings, potential and competency gap assessments, and tracking of employee training journeys
Support the end-to-end execution of talent assessment processes, including psycho test, assessment centers, and competency-based interviews.
Provide administrative and operational support for assessment activities and employee development programs.
Prepare comprehensive assessment and profiling reports, including scoring sheets, competency evaluations, and summary analyses to support talent review discussions.
Capable to managing coordination with internal/external partners to ensure the effective execution of training and development initiatives, such as classroom training, e-learning, and coaching programs.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Management, HRM or others related fields.
2–3 years of experience in talent assessment and development, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong adaptability and willingness to learn technical tools, processes, and methods.
Capable of working independently and effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
