About the Role

Responsible for managing talent management and performance management processes across the organization. Act as Talent and Performance Management partner to assigned business functions, ensuring strategic alignment of talent and performance strategies, reviews process and monitoring development plans.

  • Drive talent and performance management initiatives to enhance bench strength and a performance driven culture, especially within assigned functions, ensuring alignment with company strategies.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on performance management, coordinating promotion and performance management cycles, and ensuring alignment with group policies.
  • Manage the end-to-end talent management process to build internal talent and leadership, including managing talent reviews and development facilitation.
  • Manage the end-to-end performance and promotion cycles, includes implementing the socialization programs.
  • Advise and partner with HRBPs, Relevant SLTs, Relevant ExCos and other stakeholders to ensure talent and performance manegement efforts are aligned with the organization's objectives. This includes to develop, implement and monitor talent and performance management plans tailored to the needs of assigned functions, in collaboration with respectives Business Leaders and HRBPs.
  • Implement talent management, promotion and performance management procedures and processes in line with prevailing policies and agreements, including but not limited to vendor management, procure to pay process, budget monitoring and other relevant administration processes.
  • Continuously assess and propose improvements to talent management and performance management practices to stay aligned with trends, best practices, and organizational needs.
  • Oversee all activities related to the talent, promotion and performance management, ensuring effective implementation, communication and monitoring of processes to maintain relevance and impact within the business.

Requirements:

  • Education: min. Bachelor degree from any major
  • Experience: 4 years and above in any HR areas
  • Experience in partnering with business leaders to manage talent and performance management initiatives
  • Experience in talent management and performance management tools
  • Knowledge in Talent Management, Performance Management, People Development, Coaching as well as HR Policies and Practices such as review mechanism
