Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Profile candidates and conduct interviews for a defined position or level.
  • Develop talent by creating reports, coaching, managing projects, and conducting reviews for non-leaders.
  • Coordinate with Learning & Development, Organization Development, and other stakeholders on talent management.
  • Monitor and evaluate talent management for excellence and improvement.
  • Ensure OKR/KPI readiness and data accuracy.
  • Promote performance management awareness.
  • Practice self-leadership, foster teamwork, and implement corporate values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 1-2 years in Talent or Performance Management preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
  • Knowledge of Talent and Performance Management.
  • Proficient in psychometric assessments (GIA, PPA, IST).
  • Experience in talent succession and performance management.
