Requirements:
- Proven work experience as Talent Acquisition Supervisor or similar role min. 4 years.
- Has experienced in manage Recruitment team.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, professional networks, and hiring platforms.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Excellent in English verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, interviewing, assessment, and selection methods.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring priorities.
Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet workforce needs across all departments.
- Supervise and mentor recruitment team members to ensure efficient and high-quality hiring.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Implement best practices for candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment operations.
- Manage recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-perhire, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline quality).
- Lead training needs analysis across departments in collaboration with departments heads.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training methodologies.
- Coordinate with external trainer, vendors, and e-learning partners as needed.
- Ensure recruitment and training processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards related to hiring activities.
